Paris salad

Ingredients
200 g of boiled beef
300 g potatoes
egg 1
2 tomatoes
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
vinegar
mustard
capers
1 small onion head
1 gherkins
3 sticks parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Luke, parsley, gherkins and capers chopped very finely, add the mustard, the oil, vinegar, pepper, salt and mix well. Beef cut into thin portions bay with some of the sauce and let stand. Boiled potatoes cut into rings, watered with sauce and also were allowed to stand. Before I served the salad is arranged on a plate of lines: meat, potatoes row and is decorated with pieces of hard boiled eggs and tomatoes.
