Parzhenki with cottage cheese

300 g cottage cheese
300 g flour
200 ml milk
1 tsp salt
powdered sugar
sunflower oil for frying

Into a suitable container mix the cottage cheese, flour , salt (if the cottage cheese is low-salt) was gradually added and the milk until the secondary hard dough. Messi the counter a few times as to form a ball. Stays covered in a cool place for 2-3 hours. Then spoon paddle dough pieces which are formed into balls the size of a large walnut, rolled on sticks, about 15 cm long, formed into rings and fry in heated sunflower oil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar mixed with cinnamon. Can be served with honey or jam (jam). Parzhenkite hardly inflate frying and assume no fat, do not become greasy.

Ina, today I managed to make them breakfast. Here's the result. And because I like to experiment, I decided to bake some. Received the crispy crackers.
