Pasta baked with cherry

Ingredients
1 liter of fresh milk
1 tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp salt
250 g tagliatelle
400 g cherries
4 eggs
200 g or Philadelphia cream or other similar soft feta cheese
60- 70 g sugar
3 tbsp of almond flakes
2 tbsp lemon balm (mint, young mint)

Method
Cherries are cleaned from the stones. The oven was heated to 170 C (fan 150). Boil the milk with the vanilla sugar and salt. Tagliatelle cook it for 8-10 minutes, take out and drain. Beat eggs, the feta cheese and sugar. Tagliatelle put in a baking dish, pour 3/4 of the mixture, add cherries, mix everything well. In the remaining mixture is put the shredded lemon balm (mint) and pour the pasta. Sprinkle with almonds and bake about 30 minutes. Garnish with lemon balm leaves.
