Pasties with jam cherries

5 eggs
1 and 1/3 cup sugar
5 tbsp sunflower oil
2 and 1/2 cup flour
vanilla or lemon extract
sweet cherries
# For glaze:
100 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp butter
5 tbsp milk
1/2 cup white wine
# For sprinkling:
100 g ground walnuts

Separate the eggs yolks and whites. Yolks are broken down with the oil and 5 tbsp lukewarm water using a wire, and egg whites are fighting in the snow with sugar. The two mixtures were mixed, and thereto in small doses Add flour. Season capsule with vanilla or lemon flavor. The resulting mixture is poured into a rectangular pan, greased with margarine. More on raw dough is arranged fruits of sweet. Each fruit will be in the center of Pasty subsequently. Bake in a 180 C oven to full readiness. After cooling, the finished base is cut into squares as the fruits of sweet cherry should be at the center of manicured squares. Arranged on a grid and are covered with prepared glaze. It is prepared by mixing all the products in the container and a water bath was stirred until a smooth and homogeneous chocolate mixture. Squares are watered with chocolate and sprinkled with ground walnuts.
