Pears in syrup

Ingredients
1 kg pears
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water
1 cup red wine
Method
Peel the pears put goals in a saucepan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Pour the water and put to boil on low heat 15-20 minutes. Wine was added and boiled for another 15 minutes. Remove and arrange on a plate. Concentrate syrup and pour over pears. Dessert is served well chilled.
