Peppers with butter on bread slices

Ingredients
1 kg Sivria peppers (red and green)
50 g butter
100 g of cheese or feta cheese
200 g of white bread
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
Method
Peppers are washed and cleaned from the stems and the seed, cut into small cubes, salting out is stirred and allowed to stand for 5-10 minutes and then added to the whipped foam butter. Of bread cut into slices with a thickness of 1-2 cm, which are coated with a mixture of pepper and the butter, sprinkle with grated cheese (or cheese) and decorate with a sprig of parsley. Serve as a snack or appetizer.
