Method
Mash nice yeast with sugar and it becomes of slurries. Podmesvame it with 1 egg, 1 tbsp flour and about 100 ml milk. I put hot down to rise everything faster. Leave it for 10-15 minutes, but watch to not prevtasa. Separately sift the flour at least 1 time. I sift 2 times. Do well put 1 tbsp salt 1 tbsp sugar and 2 eggs. Put yeast or leavening. Knead the soft dough and let it rise in a warm place, there is no movement in the room for about 30 minutes to 1 hour in advance oiled bowl. Move it again and break up into small pieces, cover with butter (I personally dip them in sunflower oil and optional can be made with cheese) and wrap them into florets - fitilcheta winding, twisting them and then tie them literally zavrazvat. If we put feta cheese first make them as mekichki, put in the middle the feta cheese and then we wicks. Another way is to knead the feta cheese make dough. We leave them to rise again for 30 minutes. Then smeared on top with 1/2 yolk and 1/2 tbsp milk Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 minutes fan of 180C degrees. * This is Ena rechepta favorite from my childhood that I learned from my aunt when they are adults. Now I do whenever I have time and holidays.

nice look Winded dough in the pan, but it became clear to me how it roll roses - as viewed images imagine that shape your wick wrap and then winding the snail? If you put cheese, how do you put? Finally, why is bakery?

Yes, winding fitilcheta them twisted and then tie them (Literally on zavrazvat but can and snails to winding). If you put cheese first make them as mikichki, put the cheese in the middle and then do wicks. Another way is to do the kneading cheese in the dough. A bakery - so he called my aunt, I think he called so because it is baked divisible thread.

Thanks, now became clear to me :)
