Pita with mayonnaise and cheese

Ingredients
4 cups flour
butter or margarine
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
# For the filling:
3 eggs
200-250 g feta cheese
200 g mayonnaise
# spreads:
1 egg
mayonnaise
Method
Yeast of sugar and 450 ml water was mixed and set aside until the yeast swell. Mix the flour with the salt and add yeast swollen. Messi until a soft dough and let rise. Eggs are broken with the feta cheese. After rising, the dough is kneaded well and then began shaping the pita. Whichever is the piece of dough, spread like cakes smeared with mayonnaise, beaten eggs and feta cheese, then cakes screw roll, twist and tie a knot (knot). Lining in an oiled dish together. I am the drought something so far-with mayonnaise topping-so ask what the outcome will be.

In no other fat recipe, so unthinkable that it will become blissful! But it's a matter of taste and preference. You can reduce the mayonnaise to your liking!
