Ingredients
200 g yogurt
2 egg whites
200 g lukewarm water
dry yeast 1 kg of flour
about 1 kg of flour

Method
Sieve the flour. Him put yogurt, egg white, salt and yeast dissolved in water. Blended into a soft dough. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes. Then separated in the case of balls 9 (or possibly more). Each ball is kneaded and shaped. Ready queue in a well oiled pan. The pita rise for about 1 hour. Mazhem the pita with two remaining yolk and bake. I bake it at 180C degrees for 40 minutes.
