Yeast with milk and 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp flour is allowed to rise (effervescent). About 1 kg of flour - it is done well, pour lukewarm water, egg, salt and yeast already finished. Messi average soft dough and let rest 20 minutes away. Already risen disc is divided into 3 balls, each roll - smeared with butter (melted) and sprinkle with feta cheese. Wound on a roll and cut into pieces. So proceed with each ball. Arrange in a greased tray and wrap a towel to rise - about 50-60 minutes. Already souring pita smeared with 1 egg beaten with 1 tbsp sunflower oil and sprinkle with sesame (maybe with poppy seeds). Bake in preheated oven at 200C degrees. * It is important to sift the flour before to put to rest 20 minutes to hit the table at least 20-30 times.

It was good bread, and very quickly.
