The pita Vanya

Ingredients
1.1 kg flour
10 g yeast
30 g salt
125 g butter
2 eggs
300 ml milk
sesame seeds for sprinkling
3 tbsp cheese
1 yolk for brushing
Method
From products listed knead soft dough and let rise. Is then subdivided into two buns. Each pita is divided into 4 balls that are rolled. Brushed with butter and stacked. The leaves are rolled, while simultaneously twisted at both ends in opposite directions. Finished pita placed in pre-greased baking tray in the form of a snail and leave to rise. Smeared with egg, sprinkle with sesame and cheese and bake in a moderate oven.
