Pork fillet with steamed rice

Ingredients
300-400 g pork tenderloin
100-120 g rice
1 onion
balsamic vinegar
salt, pepper

Method
Fillet cut into strips and then marinate with balsamic vinegar and black pepper 2-3 hours. Fry in oil, then in the same oil fry the onion and rice. Rice stew in the oven about 15-20 minutes. Make a bed of rice and put it around the meat. Can be decorated with grilled onions sliced.
