Pork with peas

Ingredients
250 g pork (shoulder)
600 g frozen peas
200 g of salami
40 g butter
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp (5 g ) flour
garlic
parsley
pepper
salt

Method
Diced pork fry in part of the butter and the oil, add salt, sprinkle pepper, pour a little water and stew until soft. In the remaining butter fried peas, crushed garlic, finely chopped parsley, sprinkle the flour, add salt, pour a little water and stew until soft. At the end of stew add tomato paste, fried in sunflower oil, softened pork sausage cut into rings, add salt, sprinkle with pepper and stew some more.

And I should not have to put dill instead of parsley?

I live in Spain and I love Spanish cuisine is very tasty worth to try.

The meal was very tasty, the same is done in our country. But Valya is right - except parsley, which boil less eating, finally add the chopped dill and crushed garlic!
