Pork with pickled peppers

Ingredients
1 kg lean pork
1 kg peppers pickled
50 g cornmeal
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1/2 cup (100 g) lard
4-5 heads (200 g) onion

Method
Cleaned the bones of meat cut into small pieces, add salt, sprinkle with paprika and put in an earthen pot. Add the chopped onion and pour a little water. The pot was capped with a lid and put on medium heat. The peppers are cut into small pieces and sauté in oil until soft, sprinkle with the cornmeal, stirring several times and added to almost boiled meat. The dish is left to simmer for 30 minutes on low heat.
