Pork with rice

Ingredients
750 g pork
1 cup (200 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 g) pork lard
1 cup (200 ml) cabbage juice
pepper
salt

Method
Sweep and cut into portions of meat fry lightly in fat, then add salt and stew on low heat until soft, from time to time, pour a little water. Add 2 cups hot water. As the water boils, the rice is placed. After 10-15 minutes the dish pour into a baking dish, sprinkle with pepper and bake in the oven. Remove, pour with cabbage juice and cover with a towel to smother rice.
