Pork tenderloin with mushrooms

600 g pork tenderloin
250 g mushrooms
1 onion
1 head of garlic
1/2 lemon
dried tomatoes
150-200 g cheese
soy sauce
salt, pepper, rosemary

Tenderloin cut into thin slices and marinate with a little soy sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, pepper, salt and chopped garlic. Mushrooms and onions are sliced ​​and another 3 cloves garlic at in large pieces. Marinated fillets baked in a pan for 1-2 minutes on each side and then released into the pan. On them are the mushrooms, onions, dried tomatoes, cut into pieces, remaining garlic and grated cheese. Bake in an oven at 180 C for about 15 minutes.

Fantastic! People do not pass this recipe! :-) I had dried tomatoes and instead put the carrot of washers, remained little hard, but it is correctable with pretreatment! ;-) It was a nice sauce that next time I enriched with melted cheese or cream ... Will soon prepare it again and I think it served with mashed potatoes, if I would do and photos here! ;-)
