Potato KOLACH with salo

Ingredients
4 large potatoes
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
60 g butter
150 g salo
120 g cream
50 g feta cheese
nutmeg
salt
1 clove garlic

Method
Cooked the day before potatoes are peeled. Grate before preparation of the slaughterman, mixed with the flour, the butter and a pinch of salt and make dough. Form a circle, place in greased with butter and sprinkled with flour and baking the dough with a fork. Add the chopped into small cubes salo, cream, nutmeg and garlic, sprinkle with the feta cheese and bake in a hot oven for about 20 minutes. KOLACH is served cold. You can use cream, whipped with 2 egg yolks.
