Potato parzhenki with stuffing

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
250 g minced meat - flavored
2 eggs
flour - enough to make
salt, pepper
sunflower oil
Method
Boil the potatoes in salted water, then grate them. Knead the potatoes with salt, pepper, 2 eggs, and flour as necessary to obtain a dough, which may be sharpening. Knead dough and roll. Shape is not very small circles, fill them with mince and close them by pressing the edges. Fry potato parzhenki in heated sunflower oil, may in the fryer. Once you are done, drain them on paper. * Minced meat may be replaced with feta cheese.
