Potato rolls with cheese

Ingredients
250 g potatoes
250 g butter
100 g grated cheese
250 g flour
salt
1 egg for egg wash
Method
Softened butter stir well. Add cooked and mashed potatoes, cheese, flour and salt. Kneaded dough, roll it round crust with a thickness of 5 mm. Cut into triangles, which turn the buns. Arrange in greased pan, coated with beaten egg and bake in a moderate oven.
