Potato slices

Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
200 g flour
egg 1
1 tsp salt or vegeta
1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and blend and kneading the dough with all products which is formed as salami. Cut into circles with thickness 3 cm. Placed in the boiling salted water and resurface when taken out with a slotted spoon.
