Potato souffle with cheese

Ingredients
1 carrot
2 green peppers
2 red peppers
2 onions
150 g bacon
1 tomato
150 g cheese
ready mashed potatoes
thyme
salt
Method
Chopped vegetables fry. Add chopped bacon, chopped tomato, add salt and seasoned with thyme. In a buttered baking dish and pour the mixture over it is 100 g grated cheese. Mashed potatoes pour over the mixture and bake the dish in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 C. Then on soufflé Grate the remaining cheese and bake and for another 5 minutes.
