Potatoes Dauphine

Ingredients
400 g potatoes
50 g butter
100 g feta cheese
50 g flour (or as necessary)
3 eggs
salt
1 tsp nutmeg
pepper

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and smash into a bowl. On low heat melt the butter and add a little water (50 ml). When you boil it through a sieve to sprinkle the flour with constant stirring. Boil for no more than 3 minutes and be removed from the fire. To this mixture was added a pre-beaten eggs and mix. Then add the potatoes pressed, crumbled feta cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. The mixture was stirred well. By using two spoons are formed round or oblong croquettes, are fried until golden in heated oil. Can be served hot or cold.
