Pudding with feta cheese in Burgundy

Ingredients
130 g fat feta cheese
4 eggs
30 g butter
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
1 cup (200 g) flour
salt
Method
Half of the milk is boiled with butter, add flour, broken with the other half of the milk and dosvaryava. The dish is removed from the fire, gradually add eggs and 120 g feta cheese, diced. The mixture is spread in a deep dish, greased with butter, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and bake in a hot oven for half an hour. Pudding served warm or cold.
