Pudding green beans

Ingredients
600 g green beans
80 g butter
4 eggs
100 g fat feta cheese
4 tbsp (40 g) flour
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk

Method
Clean and cut across into julienne fry green beans 30 g butter, pour a few tablespoons of water, add salt and stew until soft. In a separate saucepan mix flour, 50 g of melted butter, half the grated feta cheese, milk and stirring continuously, boil about 5 minutes. Removed from heat, add the beans and allowed to cool. Then add the egg yolks, beaten hard whites, salt, the mixture is poured into the cutter pudding and bake until pinking in low oven. Baked pudding sprinkled with grated feta cheese and served with boiled potatoes and bread.
