Quick cooking crab

Ingredients
2 liters of water
2 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
10 sprigs of dill
black pepper optional
1 tbsp anise alcohol

Method
The water is put to boil with the salt and sugar , add dill (optional - black pepper, beans) and place the crabs. Leave to boil for 20 minutes. Add alcohol (mastic, ouzo) and leave for 5 minutes. Remove and serve warm. * The amount of crab depends on their size. Water should cover them. The amount of water or a portion thereof may be replaced with beer.
