Rabbit with mustard

Ingredients
1 rabbit
100 g butter
50 g mustard
175 g cream (or drained yogurt)
500 g peas
500 g carrots
salt, pepper, paprika
100 ml sunflower oil
Method
Clean, washed rabbit dries, is smeared with mustard, sprinkle with salt, red and black pepper and the oil. Put it in a pan with a little water and bake (in foil) for 1 hour. Carrots and peas smothered in the butter. Fthe oil is removed and the rabbit was left to well browned on all sides. Decorate with carrots, peas and salted cream.
