Rabbit in pumpkin

Ingredients
1 rabbit
1 white pumpkin
250 g onions (shallots)
200 g bacon
4 carrots
2 heads of garlic
1 red onion
1 stalk leek
300-400 g sterilized tomatoes
300 ml red wine
fennel seeds, savory, basil, cumin, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Rabbit cut into portioned pieces and fry until golden in preheated oil. Cut the leek into rings, carrots into small cubes and chopped bacon. Fried pieces of meat shpikovat with garlic and carrots. Pumpkin is cleaned by first cut above to obtain cap. Carving and inside is coated with black pepper and salt. Shpikovaniyat rabbit, coarsely chopped onions, leeks, bacon, previously smashed tomatoes, wine, onion and remaining garlic placed in a saucepan. Add the spices and let simmer on low heat about 45 minutes. Was then transferred into the pumpkin and baked 45-60 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven temperature.
