Radishes with crème fraîche

Ingredients
radishes
pepper, salt
lemon juice
fresh cream (yogurt or sour cream)
Method
Red part of radishes cut into shaybichki, sprinkle with salt and aged for 10 minutes . Squeezed gently. Insert fresh cream, pepper, lemon juice and cut into fine julienne of radish leaves (or part thereof). Mix well and serve immediately. * Quantities are optional - for a small bowl need about 20 radishes with leaves and put them about 4 tbsp crème fraîche.
