Ragout of turnip

Ingredients
6 chapters turnip
3 tbsp (30 ml) sunflower oil
8 potatoes
2 onions
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
salt
pepper
Method
The oil becomes heated and in it fry until browned one after another heads turnips, cut into quarters, potatoes rings, chopped onion and crushed garlic and flour. Then add the tomato puree and lukewarm water completely covers the fried vegetables, salt and pepper. Court Cover the dish and cooked for a long time over low heat.
