Rhodope kavarma pork

Ingredients
700-800 g pork
6-7 leeks
1 head of garlic
2 cup wine
1 tbsp tomato paste
pinch of mint
1 tsp red pepper, black pepper and salt
Method
The meat cut into chunks stew, then fry in fat. Remove and in the same oil fry the chopped leek and garlic. Add red pepper, mint, tomato paste and wine. Supplemented with pepper and salt. Mix together and place the meat in a saucepan and leave sandwiching a low heat while eating not just stay fat.
