Roasted apple cake

Ingredients
500 g flour
5 eggs
200 g yogurt
250 g sugar
120 g butter
400 g grated apples
100 g raisins
10 g cinnamon
pinch of salt
honey
Method
Eggs beat with 200 g of sugar until white. Pour the yogurt, salt and cinnamon. The flour is sieved and added. Blended into a soft dough by adding and the butter. Two rolled sheets. With one cover the bottom of a buttered baking dish and top Pour apples dusted with remaining sugar and slightly drained, and raisins. Cover with second crust edges are pressed. Bake in a moderate oven. Once removed, spray with water and smeared with honey.
