Roasted BBQ of Esterhazy

Ingredients
800 g of beef fillet
2 onions
1-2 carrots
30 g butter
1 slice of black bread
red wine
1 tbsp capers
4-5 sardines
cream
salt
pepper
Method
Beef fillet pieces are cut with a thickness of 1 cm fuck is smeared with melted butter and baked BBQ on both sides. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
