Roasted chicken with vegetables

Ingredients
1 chicken
40 g butter
50 g salo
250 g tomatoes
150 g mushrooms
6 tbsp (60 g) flour
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
1 onion
parsley
bay leaf
pepper
salt
Method
Prepare a small amount of strong broth of chicken giblets, onion, parsley and salt. Chicken cut into portions, add salt and pepper and flour. Salo is cut into strips, fry separately and placed in a saucepan. In court, which is fried salo, melt the butter, fried chicken and portions are transferred to the pan. Tomatoes are boiling water, peel and fry with chopped mushrooms in butter and also placed in the pan. Pour a little broth and wine, in which is fuzzy remaining flour, add parsley, salt and bay leaf and cook in low oven until the chicken is tender.
