Roasted fish Romanian

Ingredients
500 g zander
120 g green beans
120 g carrots
2 tbsp cooked peas
1 onion
20 g raisins
2-3 tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp cumin
3/4 cup (150 ml) sherry
parsley
pepper
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Cleaned portions of fish salting and arrange in greased with sunflower oil vessel. Finely chopped onion fry in sunflower oil, add chopped carrots and beans, fry, add the chopped tomatoes into quarters, cooked peas, raisins, chopped garlic and parsley and portions are covered with sherry and 3/4 cup (150 ml) of water. Bake at first under a blanket and dopichat 5-10 minutes without the lid. The dish can be prepared from carp, perch, tench, bream and fish fillet.
