Roman slices of cheese

Ingredients
300 g feta cheese
1 egg
breadcrumbs
fresh onions
1-2 tomatoes
fat frying
Method
The feta cheese is cut into pieces 1 cm thick, breaded with egg and bread crumbs and fry in preheated oil on both sides until golden brown. Sprinkle with onion, finely chopped, and garnish with tomato slices.
