Roulade fish

800 g of hake, beard or other fish without head
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
150 g onion
2 eggs
4 cloves garlic
250 g red tomatoes
75 g pickles
50 g fresh mushrooms
2 slices white bread
25 g fresh salo
150 g peppers Sivria
3 tbsp (30 ml) white wine
1/2 bunch parsley or thyme
650 g potatoes
25 g breadcrumbs
Salt fish is boned and grind mince. Well blending mince is divided into 10 equal parts. Each part razpleskva into rectangles. Place stuffed lightly fried onions, hard boiled eggs, chopped, a little red tomatoes, blanched mushrooms, salo, cut into small cubes and parsley. Wind up roll, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, place in greased with butter pan, pour hot oil and bake in the oven. Additional pour sauce chopped onions, peppers, garlic, tomatoes and other wine and bake another 10 minutes. Serve garnished with boiled potatoes.
