Salad with kohlrabi, radishes and mayonnaise

2-3 white alabasha - 300 g
100 g mayonnaise
6-7 small fresh radishes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
decoration - parsley and olives
optional 2 grated carrot
Wash vegetables well, if you brush them with a brush for vegetables. Peel alabasha. Clean it well from the sheet. Clean and carrots. Grate alabasha and carrots and radishes in large pieces planer. Put the vegetables in a bowl and well salted, and then add the oil. Add mayonnaise. I've seen some people put mayonnaise, just so as not to dry the salad. Maybe they do it, but becomes richer with the whole amount. If you want add your favorite spices. I love natural only with salt and sunflower oil. Mix well. Allow the salad to cool in the refrigerator with transparent foil for 30 minutes. Take 15 minutes before the presentation of the table. Put in a small deep dish or whatever you have and decorate with olives, making a wreath on them or salad with parsley. * This is a wonderful salad - appetizer, which can be served with alcohol instead of another appetizer. * Some people put and vinegar alabasha, but for me is unnecessary.
