Salad radicals with salo

Ingredients
500 g young leaves of radical
40 g salo
vinegar
salt
Method
Washed Dandelion leaves are left to drain, arranged in a salad and pour sauce prepared from fried bits of salo, warm vinegar and salt. Stir and serve immediately.

No comments her how to have how many people know that this is another name for dandelion! This and a typical recipe of the conquest of the Wild West - Frenchman would never *insulted* the stomach with such simple recipe! Only bacon had pioneers wagon - what else to do it and there omelet and he was *glorified* in an old story, where the typist wrote in a nearby restaurant menu instead of *Omelet with radicals* (which was a favorite dish of her favorite) *Honey Walter with radicals*! A great Ray Bradbury even sang radicals in whole novel - *Dandelion Wine*!
