Ingredients
400 g of cooked red beans
5-6 pickles
2 carrots
100 g peas
100 g canned tuna
1/4 red pepper
1/4 green pepper
1 avocado
salt, lemon juice

Method
Boil all the vegetables together. Subtract them and Drain the water. In a suitable container mix: already cooked beans, pickles chopped, diced carrots, peppers and avocados slightly larger cubes, add canned tuna without throwing fat. Season with lemon juice and salt.

long was identified salad and finally got to her. With minor changes. Besides not boiled peas remaining ingredients and put pickles because I did not. Instead, chopped 1/4 salad aiysberg. The salad was very fresh and is actually a value meal for lunch or dinner. I am very pleased and will prepare again.
This is one of my first recipes here on the site, I it and forget! I am glad that you liked, and now is tested!
