Salad of veal in Austrian

Ingredients
400 g of lean boiled beef
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
pickled cucumber 1
1 tbsp capers
2 eggs
1 small onion
1 small red pepper
1 small green pepper
few green onions
pepper
salt
Method
Veal cut into thin slices. Vinegar mixed with olive oil, chopped gherkins and capers, salt and pepper to taste. Meat, pour the resulting marinade and let stand 15 minutes. Peel the eggs and cut into slices, onion - thin rings, and cleaned of seed pods - fine polukragcheta. Flavored meat is distributed to the four plates and garnish with hard boiled eggs, onion and peppers. Salad sprinkle with chopped green onions feathers and served with brown bread. Instead of veal can be used language smoked or cooked ham.
