Salmon in Breton

Ingredients
600 g cleaned salmon
4 small mushrooms
60 g butter
2 tbsp (20 ml) lemon juice
2 sprigs parsley
salt
Method
Melted 40 g butter, add the chopped of malkki pieces of salmon and mushrooms and fry. Add salt and doizpichat oven. Melt the remaining butter, add chopped parsley and lemon juice and pour the salmon before serving it.
