Ingredients
6 slices white bread
300 g boiled chicken
100 g mayonnaise
2 tbsp mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
salt, pepper
# For garnish:
12 olives
more 1/2 bunch parsley and dill
1 lettuce

Method
Boiled chicken cut into small pieces and mix with the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Spread the slices with the mixture and garnish with olives and parsley and dill twigs. Served on a salad of lettuce.
