Sarfaladi oven

Ingredients
400 g sarfaladi
100 g cheese
50 g smoked brisket
100 g mushrooms
3 eggs
150 ml milk
30 g flour
30 g butter
little sunflower oil
5 tomatoes
1 / 2 bunch of parsley
salt
Method
On the bottom of each tomato cut in a flap. Mushrooms and other parts of the tomatoes finely chopped, add salt and sauté in the butter mixture and a little sunflower oil in a suitable container. Of grated cheese, flour, finely cut parsley, milk and beaten eggs, a mixture that mix well and pour over steamed and softened products. Over the mixture are arranged sarfaladite formed in the following manner: each sarfalad cleaved lengthwise into two pieces, which afterwards are cut slightly transversely 3-4 places in each groove is inserted a small piece of smoked bellies and cheese. Thus prepared dish bake for a short time in the oven. Before presenting garnish with covers from tomatoes and parsley.
