Sauce with chutney and cheese

Ingredients
4 tbsp chutney
2 tbsp grated feta cheese
juice 1 small onion
juice 2-3 cloves garlic
1 slice of dry bread without crust
1/2 cup vegetable broth or salted water
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp lemon juice
pinch of sugar
pinch of pepper
salt
2-3 tbsp vegetable oil
Method
The juice of onion and garlic mixed with chutney, the feta cheese, soaked in vegetable broth bread and rub through a sieve. Add the mustard, lemon juice, sugar, pepper and salt to taste. The mixture was stirred with a wooden spoon 5 minutes, and then slowly added to the stream of the vegetable oil, again with continuous stirring.
