Sausage with lentils

Ingredients
300 g lentils
1 onion
2 carrots
1 red pepper
10-12 cloves garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp paprika
savory
salt
sunflower oil

Method
At 1.5 liters of water put the cleaned and washed lentils and put to boil. Add chopped vegetables and salt to taste. Boil until ready and seasoned with savory. In a pan fry 1 tbsp flour 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil. When the flour is golden, put the red pepper and immediately pour into the boiled lentils. Allow to boil for 5-6 minutes. Sausage is cut slightly top pieces and put to boil in small lentils. Can be served with fresh sausage.

It depends on the size of the portions, but I think that will make 6 servings.
