Savory sponge cake with filling

3 eggs
3 tbsp yogurt
50 ml sunflower oil
2 cup (250 g) flour
10 g baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
# For the filling:
100 g of ham or sausage
50 g Kashka
2 pickles
2-3 pieces of red pepper sour Kamba
1 sour pickled carrot
2 tbsp 2-3 sterilized mushrooms or fresh mushrooms

Beat eggs with mixer foam, add the oil and yoghurt, then gradually the flour sifted with baking powder. A very thick and sticky dough. Take 3 tbsp of dough aside. Cut all products for the filling of finely and add them to a separate test and a good mix. Zastelete paper baking cakes rectangular terrine and pour the dough. Spread it everywhere and do in the middle recess in which pour the filling and nice it concerns the bottom to seal. Put the cake to bake in a preheated oven at 160C degrees. Bake until a nice crust and baked to dry klekcha. Serve slightly chilled salt cake as a snack, appetizer or dinner. * The filling can be changed-everyone can make it to your taste and fantasy. * If using a round cake form (not silicone) smear it with oil (I use margarine) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

I tried the recipe and I received wonderful. Vplankata put a little canned corn and natroshteni walnuts. As a bake it sprinkled with grated cheese. Became great.
