Schnitzel natur with chutney

Ingredients
600-800 g veal leg, topside or apple
4 tbsp flour
4 tsp paprika
10 tbsp cream
2 tsp chutney
frying fat
40 g butter
salt
Method
Cleaned from membranes and cut into slices meat add salt, add some flour and fry in very hot oil. Remove to a warm plate. On schnitzel put a little of the butter and scatter with paprika. In the fat from frying add 2 tsp flour, cream, chutney, fuzzy in 1 tbsp broth or water, and salt to taste. Boil the sauce and pour it schnitzel.
