Semolina halva - IV type

Ingredients
1 cup semolina
1/3 cup sunflower oil
# For the syrup:
1 and 1 / 2ch.ch. sugar
3 cups water
70 g butter or sunflower oil
# For garnish:
cinnamon
ground walnuts

Method
Meal put in pan and fry in fat until golden. Insert the butter and when melted, pour the prepared syrup. Allow 2-3 minutes to boil over low heat and cover the pan with a lid. When halva cool cut of diamonds and served sprinkled with cinnamon or ground walnuts.
