Sesame bagels and mushroom

500 g flour
125 g lard
60 g butter
150 g of powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 packet of baking powder
1 tbsp ground coffee
1 packet of vanilla
120 g sesame

The lard is stirred with 100 g of powdered sugar fluffy cream. Add 400 g of flour sifted with baking powder, egg yolks and vanilla. The mixture was izmesva and divided into 3 balls. The remaining flour was used for sprinkling Precision. The first ball is rolled into a sheet with a thickness of about 1 cm. It cut pretzels with two round shapes or glass cups with different diameters. Dip the front side in a lightly beaten with remaining sugar and egg whites Oval 40 g of sesame. Arrange in a baking dish, thoroughly greased with butter. The second ball of dough is mixed with another 40 g of sesame, rolled on the sheet and in the same way it is cut pretzels, which are arranged in another buttered baking dish. The third ball of dough also mixed with the remaining 40 g sesame, but her form balls the size of a walnut. Being arranged in a non-oiled dish, beads are pressed from above by a glass tube immersed in a pre-ground coffee. Bake at moderate temperature for about 15 minutes in preheated oven.
