Shortcake aunts * surprise *

Ingredients
# For the base:
4 eggs
2 yolks
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
# For the syrup:
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
125 g butter
2 tbsp cocoa
# For glaze:
2 egg whites
2 tbsp sugar
Method
Beat with mixer products for the base, baking tray with a diameter of 25, I personally use the bottom of the electric cooker. After baking at 180C degrees, the base is removed to cool pricked with pencil and pour hot syrup. For glaze Beat the egg whites to snow them and add 2 tbsp sugar are caramelized.
